The room we stayed in had a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, and stovetop. As a family with kids, it was really convenient for us to prepare meals easily.

Personally, I found that the presence of a microwave in the chalet was not necessary for our stay. However, others may still find it useful.

Communication with the owner was smooth and pleasant. The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen stocked with essentials like milk, juice, and biscuits. Additionally, the wifi and TV with streaming function were excellent, and there were plenty of DVDs available for entertainment on rainy days. We were even upgraded to the apartment for free, which was a fantastic surprise. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The owner, a nice lady, had great communication. The fully equipped kitchen even had welcome treats like milk, juice, water, and biscuits. They had all the amenities we needed including an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. There was also WIFI, a TV, and a DVD player with plenty of DVDs available for those rainy days. The apartment was clean and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to IceSheffield and shops, making it really convenient to get around. The stay was quite comfortable, and being right in the middle of the city made it even better.

The location of the hotel is convenient and easy to access. Guests can enjoy a comfortable sleep on the comfy bed provided in the room. Additionally, the mini fridge in the room is a pleasant surprise, allowing guests to store their drinks and snacks.

Some areas of the hotel need improvement as mentioned by guests. For instance, the bathroom sink area needs better finishing and proper sealing.
